Care & support
Help is available with personal grooming such as bathing and dressing, moving around, getting in and out of bed or the shower, and medications and reminders.
Errands such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions are also supported.
The nursing team coordinates with each resident's primary care provider, and physical therapy, speech therapy, home health nursing and hospice services are facilitated through the nursing team when needed.
Care can include one- to two-person Hoyer assist, insulin and sliding scale, some tracheotomy and feeding tube care, and end of life care. A 24-hour emergency response service is in place.
Rooms & living spaces
Apartments have an emergency response system, high ceilings, wall-to-wall carpet, individual air comfort control, air conditioning and heating, roll-in showers and lock boxes, in a smoke-free environment.
Cable, high speed internet and all utilities are provided, along with apartment maintenance.
Everyday life
Housekeeping and laundry services are provided, and full-time maintenance staff are in the building Monday through Friday.
The office staff help set appointments and arrange transportation to medical appointments, and they maintain medical records.
Dining & meals
Three nutritious meals and snacks are prepared and served every day by an on-site chef, with restaurant-style dining and each plate prepared when the resident or guest orders.
Dietary options include reduced-fat, low-calorie, high-fiber and low-sodium choices, doctor-prescribed diabetic plans and finger food diets.
In warmer months, residents and the activities department help grow home-grown ingredients in the community gardens for salads and side dishes.

Full-time activities occur daily, adapted to each resident's preferences and needs, including large group, small group and one-on-one activities, community activities and out-of-town day trips.
The life enrichment program includes social activities, entertainment, arts and educational events, and fitness.
