Each assisted living apartment has a personal emergency call system, and on-site care professionals oversee the administration of medications.
New residents are evaluated and assessed by a licensed nurse to determine the proper care level and treatments.
Memory care is offered in a separate wing with controlled access, with a nurse monitoring each resident's health and 24-hour care that includes help with dressing, grooming, bathing and toileting.
Independent living residents take part in a wellness program in which coaches check in twice a week, and monitoring devices track information such as falls, sleep patterns, hydration and activity levels.

Assisted living residents choose from studio and deluxe studio apartments, and the studio floor plan is 325 square feet.
Independent living apartments come in one-bedroom (808 square feet) and two-bedroom (1068 square feet) floor plans, with kitchenettes and private balconies.
The independent living apartments carry no buy-in fee.

Assisted living includes weekly housekeeping with fresh linens and towels, an optional daily tidy-up service, and an on-site beauty shop. Washers and dryers are available for residents who prefer to do their own laundry.
