The Cottage is the protected memory care neighborhood, offering structured routines and specialized support from trained caregivers for residents with Alzheimer's or dementia.
The My Wellness program begins with an assessment of health history, medication, physical abilities and preferences, followed by individual service agreements and care conferences with families.
Residents can wear a pendant that pages their care attendant when pressed, and medication is managed through an electronic administration record system.

Memory care in The Cottage is offered in companion suites of 254 square feet with a shared bathroom and studios of 300 square feet with a private bath.
Residents may bring their own belongings or choose furnishing options such as a queen bed, nightstand, lamp, chairs, Smart TV and dinnerware. Small dogs and cats are allowed in assisted living apartments.

Meals are prepared by the community's culinary team and served in a restaurant-style dining room and a casual bistro café, with room service also available.
The My Food program lets residents share family recipes, request a favorite birthday meal and join themed family night dinners, and the menu offers a variety of options rather than one meal for everyone.
