Sierra Regency – Independent Living Community In Roseville, CA

Apartments are one- and two-bedroom homes with a full kitchen and an included stackable washer and dryer, and laundry rooms and personal storage units are also available.

Weekly housekeeping is provided, and all utilities except phone and cable are paid. Apartments have an emergency pull cord in the bedroom and bathroom.

Pets are welcome in the apartments.

All-day dining is offered in a restaurant-style dining room, and two meals a day are included in the monthly rent, with residents choosing which two meals they want Monday through Saturday.

Sundays feature brunch and dinner, and the dining room has a help-yourself breakfast bar and a soup and salad bar at dinner, with a menu that changes frequently.

A private dining room is available, and the community holds a weekly wine social.

Weekly offerings include happy hours with live entertainment, aqua classes in the heated pool led by certified instructors with the Arthritis Foundation, balance classes and games.

The grounds include landscaped gardens, a vegetable garden with raised planters, a putting green and horseshoe pit, and a paved walking path around the building.

The campus is gated, with cameras inside and outside the community, and a beauty salon and barber shop are on site.

Scheduled transportation is available to residents.

The community is about 5 minutes from Sutter Roseville Medical, 10 minutes from Kaiser Permanente, and within walking distance of shopping and dining, with guest parking available.
