St. John's Comfort Care is based at the Home and offers short- and long-term palliative care.
The interdisciplinary hospice team focuses on comfort, pain management and honoring residents’ choices near the end of life.
Comfort Care support also includes on-site medical staff, round-the-clock skilled nursing, pain-management expertise, and individual and family support and counseling.
