The community has 40 apartments built above and around the Village Square, in 10 different one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Apartments have a private balcony, an eat-in kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, and one-car indoor garage parking.
Rent includes all utilities plus cable TV and all interior and exterior maintenance for apartments. Residences include finishes such as stainless steel appliances, cathedral ceilings and radiant floor heating.
Dining & meals
Dining options, including delivery, are available at the Village Square and at St. John’s Meadows. Dinner delivery and catering options are available for entertaining guests.
Joey B’s, a bistro-style restaurant open to the public, is one of the Village Square retailers.
Activities & connection
A typical monthly calendar includes lectures, fitness classes, cocktail parties and themed dinners, plus outings to the RPO and Geva Theatre.
Residents can join clubs such as the Brickstone Chorale and a current events group, volunteer, take part in the LifeBio biography program and continue their education through partnerships with local colleges and universities.
Shared spaces & amenities
The Village Square is the community focal point, with on-site services, retail establishments and open spaces. The Boat House fitness center is steps away.

Location & getting around
Brickstone is in Brighton on Elmwood Avenue, a 10- to 15-minute walk from end to end, with fishing ponds, wetlands and trails on the property. Highland Park, home of the Lilac Festival, is just down the hill.
Scheduled transportation and a shuttle service for grocery shopping, the RPO and Geva are available.
