Care & support
Personal care services include assistance with showering, bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, incontinence care and mobility, and care plans are customized to each resident.
Medication management, oxygen management, and diabetes blood sugar monitoring and insulin administration are provided. A licensed practical nurse is available most weekdays.
The home can accommodate special diets and safety concerns, and memory care is equipped with a wander guard system.
Pendant or bracelet activated emergency response is available 24 hours.
Rooms & living spaces
Main floor units are spacious studio suites with a private half-bathroom. The second and third floor units are somewhat larger, either studio or one-bedroom suites with a full private bathroom and shower.
Suites include cable and power, and central air conditioning and heating are controllable in each suite. Weekly housekeeping and laundry service are provided.
A guest suite is available for visiting family and friends at an extra charge. The home has no buy-in fees or long-term leases.
Dining & meals
Three home cooked meals are served daily, with a snack and beverage table at 10:30 AM, 2:30 PM and 8:00 PM. Meals are served in waterfront dining rooms on each floor.
Activities & connection
Activities, daily exercises and social events are scheduled regularly. A large gathering room and waterfront patio on the lower level host larger special events.
Shared spaces & amenities
Amenities include a fitness room and a chapel on the lower level, an enclosed garden area with river views, a riverfront deck and a salon on the lower level.
A personal spa room with a therapeutic walk-in tub is on every floor. Free public Wi-Fi and mail delivery boxes in the lobby are also available.
Accessibility
A central elevator serves all four floors.

The home sits on River Street East in Prince Albert with a transit stop at the front of the property, and staff can help arrange transportation. Reserved plug-in parking is available for an extra charge.
