Clark’s Terrace assisted living includes personal care services, nursing supervision of health issues, medication assistance, telehealth services, service coordination and 24-hour emergency staff.

Independent living services include daily check-in, 24-hour emergency staff and community services coordination. Every independent living apartment has an emergency call system.

Rooms & living spaces

Independent living apartments on Arbor Street and Steven’s Avenue are one- and two-bedroom plans, each with a kitchen, dining area, living room and private bath. Some have balconies, a den or a second bedroom, and apartments are wired for cable and telephone.

Independent living rent includes all utilities except phone and has no community or second person fee. Assisted living at Clark’s Terrace includes three meals a day, housekeeping and personal laundry.

Dining & meals

Residents can eat in the Main Dining Room, which combines waited service and buffet dining, or at the Bistro, which serves made-to-order flatbreads, sandwiches and salads. All dining options are available to-go.

Market-rate apartments can choose from several meal plans, pay-as-you-go meals are available, and residents can cook in their own kitchens. A coffee and tea station is open at all hours.

Life enrichment includes intellectual programs, movies in the theater, entertainment in the auditorium or garden courtyard, spiritual offerings, Zumba and Tai Chi, resident-led activities and van trips to shopping and cultural events.

A fourteen-seat passenger van makes weekly grocery trips and regularly scheduled trips to local shops, banks, pharmacies and restaurants.
