Short-term rehabilitation serves people recovering from surgery, joint replacement, stroke, illness or accident, with a therapy program that starts soon after admission.
Long-term care includes 24-hour skilled nursing, medication management, wound care, IV therapy, pain management, tube feedings, and colostomy, ostomy and catheter care. Staff assist with bathing, dressing, eating and using the bathroom.
A specialized unit provides dementia care, with staff trained for the needs of residents at all levels of dementia and programs for conditions such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and Lewy body disease.
Hospice and respite care are available, and an interdisciplinary meeting is scheduled about 72 hours after admission to discuss expectations and discharge planning.

Residents can schedule hair appointments at the salon in the facility, and staff coordinate transportation to medical appointments.
