Wound care is tailored to the person’s needs. The listed needs include pressure and diabetic ulcers, foot wounds, surgical and post-operative wounds, venous and arterial ulcers, traumatic injuries, skin tears, and infected or non-healing wounds.
Orthopedic rehabilitation is for people recovering from surgeries or injuries, including hip or knee replacements, fractures, joint repairs, and post-fall injuries. The team focuses on pain management, mobility, strength and balance, and a safe transition back home or to prior living.
