Care & support
Assisted living is offered at three levels on the Phoenix campus for seniors 62 and older: Supervisory Care, Personal Care and Directed Care. Caregivers help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and grooming, incontinence management and medication management.
Before admission, each assisted living resident completes a health assessment to determine the right level of care, and the care plan is reviewed with the resident or representative on admission.
The Reflections memory care neighborhood serves people living with dementia and provides Level 3 Directed Care in an enclosed, comforting environment designed to ease concerns about wandering.
Short-term rehab provides medical and therapeutic support for people recovering from an illness, injury or hospital stay, including post-stroke recovery and post-surgical care.
Curana Health runs a physician-led primary care clinic on campus, and Covenant Home Health provides Medicare-certified outpatient rehabilitation, physical therapy and skilled home health from an on-site office.
