Memory care takes place in a secure neighborhood. Its design includes secure common spaces, natural light, an intimate dining room, physical and cognitive exercises, and personal mementos to help residents locate their apartments.
Memory care services include an on-site licensed nurse around the clock, telehealth access, help getting out of bed or a chair, escorts to meals and events, grooming assistance, and medication administration or supervision.
The QwickComfort program is intended to help staff respond more efficiently to incontinence-related events for memory care residents.
Physical and occupational therapy is available on-site through a third-party provider located in the community.

What determines the monthly charges?
Rates depend on apartment selection and any care services needed. Independent/supportive rental rates do not include care or medication management, so contact Atria Center City for a current estimate.
How can families stay involved when someone is in memory care?
Family support includes support groups, caregiving tips and regular updates. A 10-week Partnering Together workshop also helps families navigate the emotional and practical aspects of dementia.
