Care & support
Skilled nursing services include post-surgery rehabilitation, medication management, pain management, wound care, IV therapy and antibiotic management, and diabetes, cardiac and stroke care.
Incontinence, catheter and ostomy care are also provided, along with nutrition and hydration programs.
Physical, occupational and speech therapy are delivered by a full-time in-house therapy team rather than outside contractors or agencies.
Each resident receives an individual care plan developed with the resident, family and healthcare provider. When the goal is to return home, the team reviews the resident's prior living arrangements to plan the transition.
The social services team can arrange dental, vision, podiatry and audiology services, psychiatric evaluation and outside appointments, and can accompany residents to appointments on request.

The facility has 59 beds. Rooms are furnished, and the daily rate includes room and board, daily housekeeping and fresh bath and bedroom linens.
Everyday life
Visiting hours are recommended between 8 AM and 8 PM. Visits to resident rooms are limited to one to three people at a time, and pets are welcome to visit when vaccinations are current and they stay on a leash.
