Floor plans include private and semiprivate apartments that residents can furnish with their own belongings. Bathrooms are extra large with roll-in showers, and each apartment has individual heating and air-conditioning controls.
Utilities are included. Every apartment has a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi and complimentary basic cable are provided.

Weekly housekeeping and linen service, apartment and grounds maintenance and a complimentary laundry room are part of daily life.
Scheduled transportation takes residents to doctors, shopping and community events.

Three chef-prepared meals are served daily in restaurant-style dining, with menus developed in consultation with a registered dietitian.
The on-site eatery offers indoor and outdoor seating, fireside dining, a barbecue area, low-sugar diet options, fresh-baked goods, snacks throughout the day and happy hour celebrations.
