The base assisted living price includes 24/7 nursing staff with registered nurse supervision and emergency alert devices.
Care levels range from 1 to 5 and are set through a health assessment before move-in, then re-evaluated as needs change. Respite and short-stay options are available.

Assisted living residents have a private apartment with a kitchenette and private bathroom and can furnish it with their own furniture and artwork.
Assisted living apartments have a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, a private bath with a zero-entry shower, oversized windows and custom cabinets.
Apartments include weekly housekeeping, weekly flat linen service, basic cable, Wifi and utilities, plus an in-unit washer and dryer.
Dining & meals
Three meals a day are included for every resident. Breakfast is a continental spread, lunch is a buffet with seasonal choices, and dinner is seated service with a variety of menu choices.
Chef and Executive Director Nick Wysong offers a rotating menu featuring seasonal goods, and friends and family are welcome to join residents for meals. Specialty dinner items such as prime rib or scallops carry a small upcharge.

Assisted living activities include church services in an on-site temple, group fitness classes, classes at Johnson County Community College, field trips to local museums and attractions, game nights, art projects and movie presentations.
