St. Ann's Skilled Nursing & Therapy was founded by the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City, which opened the original St. Ann's in 1949 and moved the community to its current location in 1992. The community offers post-acute skilled nursing and therapy as well as long-term care, serves people of all faiths and backgrounds, and has a chapel for Daily Mass.

Post-acute care includes a physical rehabilitation program designed around each person's needs, with physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists.
Long-term care residents receive nursing services and assistance with the activities of daily living.
Nursing services include cardiac care, catheter and colostomy care, diabetes management, discharge planning, incontinence care, IV therapy, respiratory services, wound care, and mobile lab and x-ray services.
A licensed physician serves as Medical Director, and licensed and certified staff are available 24/7.
The community is Medicare-certified and accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and private pay.

Daily housekeeping and laundry services are provided, and the community supports residents with medical transportation to and from appointments.
