Care & support
Assisted living provides an individualized care plan, 24-hour nursing staff, medication management, and help with bathing, grooming and dressing.
Long-term care includes private rooms, 24-hour nursing care, therapeutic diets, access to OU Health geriatricians and end-of-life care, with an emergency call system.
Memory care serves people living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, and short-term rehabilitation is available following surgery or illness.
The Health Clinic is a partnership between OU Health and Epworth Villa, bringing geriatric medicine professionals to the campus.
Rooms & living spaces
Independent living offers 19 floor plans from 405 to 1,544 square feet, with studio, one- and two-bedroom designs, and private patios or balconies.
Independent living cottages are also available for residents who want a yard and a home in a neighborhood setting on campus.
Assisted living residences come as studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, most with a washer and dryer and all with an emergency call system.
Everyday life
Independent living includes housekeeping every other week, Wi-Fi and all utilities except telephone, expanded cable television, weekly flat linen service and all interior and exterior maintenance.
Safety measures include a gated community, safety officers on duty around the clock and a 24-hour emergency call system with pendants available.
The community is pet-friendly and welcomes residents of all faiths, with a chapel and weekly Vespers services.
Dining & meals
The Redbud Room is the fine dining venue, with an ever-changing menu of steak, seafood and pasta dishes.
The Bistro is the casual option for lunch and dinner, with a Sunday brunch buffet and a daily salad bar.
The Café serves breakfast and lunch beneath a two-story atrium, with sit-down and grab-and-go options. Private dining rooms are also available.
Activities & connection
Programs include recreational, cultural, educational and spiritual offerings, with fitness classes, arts and crafts, shopping and entertainment trips, musical and cultural entertainment, and social gatherings such as Tea Time and Happy Hour.
Shared spaces & amenities
The fitness center offers fitness classes, an on-site instructor, an indoor pool and whirlpool, and personalized fitness instruction.
Campus amenities include a movie theater, Grand Ballroom, woodworking shop, arts and crafts studio, library, card rooms, salon and spa, coffee shop and mini market.
On-site conveniences include a BancFirst bank, a pharmacy, guest suites and regular transportation to nearby shopping and grocery stores.
The 40 acres of grounds include gardens, walking trails, a lake and gazebo, and a community garden with individual garden areas.
