Care & support
Enhanced Independent Living at The Inn includes an individual plan of care with periodic re-evaluation. Morning and evening visits from Lathrop healthcare staff support medication administration, safety checks, appointment scheduling, simple daily tasks and an escort to the dining room if needed.
Inn residents have a personal emergency response system with safety personnel on campus around the clock, and optional private duty care is available when needed.
Rooms & living spaces
Property types include studio apartments, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom townhomes with a den. Townhomes include attached garages.
At The Inn, apartments range from a 492-square-foot studio with a sleeping alcove to a 624-square-foot one-bedroom and an 850-square-foot two-bedroom, and each apartment has a washer and dryer, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and storage space.
Townhome floor plans include The Ashby at 1,185 square feet, The Berkshire at 1,209 square feet and The Carlisle at 1,285 square feet.
Everyday life
Included amenities at The Inn cover weekly light housekeeping and flat linen service, all utilities except telephone, basic cable TV and Wi-Fi, and local transportation for medical appointments, grocery shopping and faith services.
Dining & meals
The Inn at Easthampton serves daily meals made from scratch using local food, including produce from Lathrop's own community gardens. Vegetarian options and a gluten-free menu are available.
Enhanced living includes breakfast and dinner Monday through Saturday and a midday meal on Sunday. Family and friends are welcome to dine, and take-out meals, meal delivery and event catering are available.
