Long-term care serves those who may benefit from 24-hour nursing availability and assistance with meals, medication management and other activities of daily living.

Physicians partner with local hospital systems and use nurse practitioners, so licensed advanced practice nurses are at the facility when the physicians are not.

Licensed wound care nurses work seven days a week for residents with complex wounds, including post-operative, diabetic and decubitus wounds.

A therapy team directed by an independent physiatrist, with certified therapy assistants, provides physical, occupational and speech therapies, and short-term care takes place in a motivational therapy gym.

Skilled nursing services include pulmonary rehabilitation, infusion therapy, IV, PICC line and gastric tube care, lab and pharmacy services, and podiatry, dentist and optometry services.

Social work and discharge planning are available, and planned admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

The facility offers restaurant-style dining that fosters a sense of community.

The activity program includes live music, arts and crafts, exercise programs, cooking and baking, pet therapy, movies, gardening, games and puzzles, and community day trips.

Religious and spiritual events, volunteer opportunities, cultural and holiday celebrations, and guest speakers and educational offerings are also part of the program.

Rooms have flat-screen cable televisions and individual thermostats, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
