Long-term care residents receive 24-hour skilled nursing in a home-like environment.

Short-term rehabilitation includes physical, occupational and speech therapy delivered seven days a week as needed, a large gym, and discharge planning with post-discharge follow-up.

Rehabilitation expertise covers joint replacements, orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, pulmonary impairment, stroke and neurological conditions, and cardiac care.

Orthopedic rehabilitation uses a goal-directed, interdisciplinary approach for people recovering from injuries, hip or knee replacement, trauma or surgery.

Specialty programs also include wound care, amputee care and dialysis services.

Private and semi-private rooms are available.

All rooms have adjustable heat and air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, a nurse call bell system, daily housekeeping with on-site laundry, and 24-hour security.

An in-house chef works with a staff dietitian to prepare menus, with choices available for dietary restrictions.

Three meals are served daily, with coffee and snacks available throughout the day.

Activities include gentle exercise classes, music, crafts, discussion groups, and special events and celebrations.

The center takes part in many local events.
