Stones River Manor is a not-for-profit Christian senior community in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, serving seniors since 1977 with independent living, assisted living, memory care, adult day and respite services, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation. Its Assured Care Center, which provides memory care, was the first licensed assisted living Alzheimer's and dementia care facility in Tennessee.

Care & support
Assisted living has five levels of care, with a monthly health assessment by a nurse and help with dressing and grooming at higher levels.
Assured Care provides memory care with help with dressing, grooming, bathing and daily routines, managed incontinence care and daily nurse observation.
Advanced care offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation for short and long stays, with RN coverage around the clock, therapy seven days a week and hospice care.
Rehabilitation covers post-amputation care, post-fracture and joint replacement therapy, and stroke, cardiac and pulmonary therapy. An occupational therapy training room includes a washer, dryer and kitchen for practicing daily skills.
A licensed adult day program has flexible hours, and respite care is available for a day or a few months.
Rooms & living spaces
Advanced care offers private and semi-private rooms and a hospice suite, with televisions, telephones and Wi-Fi in all rooms.
Independent living is offered in Courtyard, Castlewood and Annex apartments in one- and two-bedroom layouts, each furnished with a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, and most with a washer and dryer.
Memory care residents have a furnished private room.

Assisted living includes three meals a day, electric and water utilities, cable television, telephone service and weekly housekeeping.
