AdamsPlace is a private campus in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, with an 89-apartment Residential Living Center, an Assisted Living Center, a 23-apartment Memory Care Center and a 90-bed Health Care Center offering skilled nursing and rehabilitation. Assisted living offers 24-hour licensed nursing supervision, personalized care plans and six newly remodeled apartment styles. The campus was founded by Dr. Carl E. Adams, a Middle Tennessee physician, with the goal of letting married couples stay together even when they need different levels of care.

Care & support
Assisted living residents have an individualized care plan, a registered nurse on staff, daily safety checks and 24-hour licensed nursing supervision.
Help is available with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting, and medications are supervised and administered by a licensed nurse.
Podiatry, vision and hearing services, a nurse practitioner, and physical, occupational and speech therapy with a therapy gym are available.
Assisted living residents receive priority placement in the on-campus Health Center if their needs change.
Memory care includes programs such as Music & Memory, and a BridgeHome program serves residents who need a stay of only a few days or weeks before transitioning home.
Rooms & living spaces
Assisted living has six floor plans ranging from 195 to 512 square feet, mostly studio-style apartments plus three plans with a bedroom and living room combination.
Apartments include a kitchenette with refrigerator but no stove, a walk-in shower, an individual thermostat and an emergency response system.
Utilities including telephone, complimentary wireless internet and cable TV are included.
Everyday life
Weekly housekeeping and linen service and scheduled transportation to doctor appointments are provided, and residents who still drive are welcome to bring their vehicles.
Dining & meals
Fine dining is directed by a professional chef, with private dining rooms for special occasions and a restaurant-style dining room on campus.
Assisted living residents receive three meals a day as well as snacks.
Activities & connection
The Activities Department offers programs and therapeutic activities for physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual needs, including Music & Memory.
Church groups host services, singing and Bible studies throughout the week and on Sunday.
Planned outings, shopping trips and social, recreational, educational and spiritual activities are scheduled.
Shared spaces & amenities
Community spaces include a landscaped, enclosed courtyard with a gazebo, a soda shop, a TV room, a library, two sunrooms and a salon and barber shop.
A fire safety system with central alarm and full sprinklers, 24-hour security service and a medical alert system are in place.
