Apartments are offered as studios (330 to 435 square feet), one-bedrooms (520 to 570 square feet) and two-bedrooms (820 square feet).
Apartment features include a kitchenette, refrigerator, patio or balcony, washer and dryer, basic cable TV, carpet and window treatments, and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Wheelchair accessible units are available.
Apartments are designed with walk-in showers or tubs and individual thermostat controls.
Everyday life
Services included in the monthly rate cover housekeeping, light linen service, maintenance, most utilities, complimentary scheduled transportation, and a barber and beauty salon.
Residents rent on flexible month-to-month lease terms with no long-term contracts or buy-in fees.

Three freshly prepared meals are served daily in the dining room with table service, and lunch and supper offer made-to-order entrees.
A private dining room is available for special event catering for residents and their families.
