Assisted living has two dedicated floors and includes personalized care plans, 24-hour on-site care staff, pharmacy and medication management services, and a call pendant system.

Memory care staff are trained to work with residents living with dementia, Alzheimer's and other forms of memory loss. Services include routine monitoring of health vitals and weight, and Blu Grotto memory care programming.

Partnership services are available for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home care, podiatry and a visiting physician, and some services carry an additional fee.
