Trezevant Terrace offers assisted living and memory support, with help with activities of daily living, three meals a day, personal laundry and housekeeping.
The rehabilitation department offers physical, speech, occupational and respiratory therapy on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.
Allen Morgan Health and Rehabilitation Center emphasizes a high staff-to-resident ratio so staff can get to know each resident, and its residents can use amenities across the campus.

Independent living apartments range from the one-bedroom Birch at 648 square feet to three-bedroom and two-bedroom with study plans, and garden homes include the Camellia, Oak, Magnolia and Azalea.
Trezevant Terrace apartments are residential in style, with 9-foot ceilings, crown moldings and efficiency kitchenettes with marble counter tops; floor plans include studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, including a memory support studio.

Planned social events and entertainment inside and outside the community include outings to the Memphis Botanic Garden, Memphis Redbirds baseball, movie matinees and concerts by local artists.
