Care & support
For long-term care, staff learn about a resident’s medical and life history, routines, goals and preferences, then use that information to create an individual care plan. Nursing support is available around the clock, with an electronic call system in place.
The medical director manages on-site mental health, podiatry, dental, laboratory, optometry, radiology and imaging services. A case worker can help with social services.
A registered dietitian works with culinary staff on residents’ nutritional needs. A clinical pharmacist regularly reviews medication regimens and consults with the medical director, nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team.
In memory care, an Alzheimer’s-trained director leads the program, and staff provide 24/7 help with daily routines. Families are encouraged to take part in decisions about care and recreational activities.
