Care & support
Green House Homes at Mirasol provides 24-hour skilled nursing and clinical services. Shahbazim, who are certified nursing assistants, help with activities of daily living and other needs, working with nurses and other clinical professionals.
Clinical services include physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy, with therapy equipment on site. An on-staff registered dietitian and nutritional therapy are also listed, along with hospice, palliative and end-of-life care.
Rooms & living spaces
The community has nine homes, each for ten residents. Each resident has a private bedroom and bathroom with natural light, near a shared hearth, living room and open kitchen.
There is no central nursing station; shared areas are designed as living spaces for residents and caregivers.
Rooms are furnished, with options for personalization, flat-screen TVs, individual heating and cooling controls, electric beds and in-room personal lifts.

Dining & meals
Choice dining is available 24 hours a day. Staff conduct personalized interviews after admission to learn about residents’ likes, dislikes, allergies and food preferences; residents take part in menu planning and choosing daily snacks.
Meals are served family style at one large table, with menus adapted to each resident’s needs.
Activities & connection
Staff meet with residents monthly to review and tailor activity programs to their preferences. Activity staff also schedule activities across the community.
Monthly resident council meetings and “Let’s Talk Food” sessions give residents ways to stay informed and contribute to home operations.
Shared spaces & amenities
Outdoor spaces include lit walkways, covered patios, fenced courtyards and outdoor barbecues.
