The 90-bed long-term care center is Medicare- and Medicaid-certified. Its 24-hour staff includes RNs, LPNs and certified nursing assistants, and each resident has a care plan addressing social, spiritual, emotional and physical needs.
Physical, occupational and speech therapy are available, along with inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and respite care for short-term stays.
Rooms & living spaces
Independent living apartments come as one bedroom, deluxe one bedroom and two bedroom layouts, with utilities paid except telephone and a 24-hour emergency call system.
Independent twin homes come in six floor plans from 1,113 to 1,600 square feet, with an attached garage, a patio or deck, a sunroom or den, and a washer and dryer. Landscape maintenance and snow removal are included.
Long-term care offers private and semi-private rooms.
Everyday life
Assisted living includes weekly apartment housekeeping, weekly laundering of clothing and linens, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, and paid utilities, television and internet.
Complimentary transportation is provided to medical appointments, shopping and other scheduled events. A staff chaplain leads daily interdenominational devotions, weekly Bible studies and Sunday worship in the Spiritual Life Center.
Dining & meals
Assisted living residents dine in a full-service dining room with various menu selections. Three daily meals are served, refreshments and snacks are offered 24 hours a day, and apartment tray service is provided during illness.
