Studio and one-bedroom apartments were renovated in 2018 and have granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and vinyl flooring.

One-bedroom apartments have a separate living room and bedroom, a kitchenette, a walk-in closet and a private bath with a walk-in shower; studios combine living and sleeping areas with a kitchenette and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

Every apartment has sliding glass doors opening onto a private porch or balcony, and kitchenettes include a microwave and a large refrigerator.

Two elevators serve the two floors, and bathrooms have walk-in showers with safety rails.

Weekly housekeeping, free linen service, and gas, electric and water utilities are included, along with 24/7 building maintenance and free Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Residents can use free basement washers and dryers or a personal laundry service for an additional monthly fee.

A wheelchair-accessible bus takes residents to doctor and therapy appointments, shopping trips and community outings.

Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Three meals are served daily with table service in a remodeled dining room that includes a grand piano and a sunroom. Snacks are available on request.

Meals follow a rotating menu with alternatives at every meal, and the kitchen accommodates lactose-free, gluten-free, low-sodium and diabetic diets and food allergies.

Breakfast is served at 8:30 AM, lunch at noon and supper at 5:00 PM, with slight adjustments on Sundays.
