Skilled nursing services include short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, IV therapy, tube feeding, specialized wound care, diabetic care and pain management.
Subacute care includes respiratory therapy, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, BiPAP and CPAP, with a weaning program when appropriate.
Dialysis support includes pre and post dialysis care and in-house bedside dialysis, and total parenteral nutrition is offered.
Subacute services also include pharmacy and laboratory services, ophthalmology and optometry, dental services, psychology services and a registered dietitian.
Rehabilitation includes occupational therapy with self-care training, physical therapy with gait and transfer training, and speech therapy with cognitive training.
The social service team assists patients and families during the transition, including care planning and discharge planning.

Meals are planned by a registered dietitian to meet each patient's dietary needs, including therapeutic diets, special menus and cultural preferences, with snacks between meals.
