Care & support
Clinical services include IV administration, pain management, post-surgical care, respiratory care, wound care, cardiac care, diabetic care, oncology care and hospice and palliative care.
Medication administration, restorative nursing, individual nutrition management and psychosocial intervention are also provided, along with on-site podiatry, dental and optometry services.
Physical, occupational and speech therapy are offered, along with pulmonary rehabilitation and orthopedic and neurological recovery programs.
Therapy options also include joint replacement therapy, a coordination and balance program, pet therapy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and NuStep and Omnicycle equipment.
Home assessments and patient and family education and training are provided before the transition home, and the TransitionalCARE program closely monitors patients at risk of being readmitted to the hospital.
