Care & support

Village Assisted Living is a 120-apartment neighborhood with help for activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and medication management, based on each resident's needs.

Licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants and certified medical technicians are available around the clock in assisted living, with care coordination with physicians.

Three assisted living memory care neighborhoods serve people with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, with specially trained staff. Memory care is also provided in a skilled nursing setting at the Village Care Center.

An on-site outpatient rehab clinic provides speech, occupational and physical therapy and balance training.

Campus services also include an on-site medical clinic, home health, in-home care and hospice care, plus a 24/7 advanced life support ambulance service.

Rooms & living spaces

Independent living offers more than 70 floor plans across apartments, villas and single-family homes, including neighborhoods named The Meadows, The Courtyards, Country Club and The Villager.

Villas are one- and two-bedroom homes with their own garage, and single-family homes have one or two bedrooms with an attached garage.

Assisted living apartments are private standard and one-bedroom units with a kitchenette, an emergency call system, walk-in showers with a seat and grab bars, and individual thermostat controls. Apartments are unfurnished so residents can bring their own furniture.

Everyday life

Services include home maintenance inside and out, trash pickup, snow removal, landscaping, 24-hour security staffed by EMTs, and transportation on the campus's own bus fleet.

Assisted living includes housekeeping, weekly flat linen service, laundry facilities, scheduled transportation and Dial-A-Ride, and utilities including cable.

Support groups, worship and chaplain services, and new resident support are part of campus life.
