Floor plans include a shared suite of 331 square feet, a studio of 384 square feet and a deluxe studio of 448 square feet, each with a kitchenette in the apartment residences.

The Fremont Room hosts group activities and socialization, and technology such as digital shadow boxes, a private TV channel with a voice-activated remote and virtual reality therapy is available to residents.
