Care & support
Registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Skilled nursing and complex medical care includes IV therapy including antibiotics, pain management, wound care, and care for complicated diabetes and post-surgical complications.
Wound care is supervised by a wound care specialist physician, with onsite consultations and care supported by the home's own certified wound care nurses.
The therapy team provides physical, occupational and speech therapy with a personalized rehabilitation plan, and family involvement is welcomed.
Post-acute services include cardiac, orthopedic, respiratory and pulmonary, and neurological rehabilitation, stroke recovery, amputation care and hip and knee fracture and replacement recovery.
Licensed social service staff assist during the transition and throughout a stay, and the team may arrange Home Health or other programs for a safe return home.
Palliative to supportive care services are also offered.
