La Posada Assisted Living is an assisted living community in Las Cruces, New Mexico, for residents who want residential living with some level of assistance and care. It grew out of more than three decades of service as Mesilla Valley Hospice. Its services are separate from Mesilla Valley Hospice services, and residents are not required to be on hospice services.

Nursing staff, including certified nursing aides, are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and residents have individual care plans.
Included services cover personal care, medication assistance and dispensing, respite or short-term stays, and coordinated transportation to physician appointments.
Emergency call bells are provided in each room so staff can respond throughout the facility.

Residents have spacious private rooms with a view to the outside, and are encouraged to bring personal furnishings to make the space familiar.
Each room has a private bathroom that is wheelchair accessible, DirecTV, private phone and internet service, and climate control for heating and cooling.
