Before move-in, the wellness team works with the resident, family and physicians to create a customized care plan, with help for dressing, bathing and medication management.
Licensed nursing staff are on site daily for assisted living and memory care, with support for activities of daily living.
The Bridge to Belonging program serves assisted living residents with mild cognitive changes, offering life enrichment activities and cognitive stimulation in a familiar setting.
On-site physical and occupational therapy is available in partnership with external providers, and AUGi Fall Detection technology is used.
Rooms & living spaces
Independent living Flats are two-bedroom layouts with private garages and patios.
Apartments in the main building come as studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options with kitchenettes and accessible bathrooms.
