Each apartment has a bath and kitchen area with a frost-free refrigerator and a microwave. Apartments are leased monthly and utilities are included in the services.

Weekly maid and laundry services are provided, and a scheduled shuttle bus service is offered.

Residents are served three meals a day, featuring Cajun cuisine, and breakfast is delivered with no room service fee.

Daily activities include Zydeco exercise, live bands, crawfish boils, arts and crafts, daily bingo and other games, a Cajun French Club and fishing.
The community has an on-site fishing pond, a live band each week and planned resident outings.
