Care & support
Long-term care is provided for people with complex, unpredictable medical needs who cannot remain at home or in a supportive living setting. A Registered Nurse Care Leader oversees resident care and leads an interdisciplinary team.
The care team includes registered nurses, registered practical nurses, personal support workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, recreational therapists, dietitians, social workers and physicians.
Nursing care is available around the clock, along with 24-hour on-site care staff. Support covers morning and evening routines, help with meals, bathing and medication management.
Pharmacy, laboratory services, dentistry, optometry, foot care and diagnostic services are obtained through community partners.
Rooms & living spaces
Rooms are cleaned weekly and washrooms daily or as needed. Bedding, linens and towels are provided and laundered by AgeCare.
Families have access to a washer and dryer for personal items such as clothing.
Everyday life
Guests are welcome to visit at any time, day or night. Visits can take place in the resident's room or in a lounge, and family may take part in programs and events.
Dining & meals
Residents receive three meals a day with beverages and snacks. Meals are prepared fresh daily, include homemade soups and baked goods, and are plated and served in the dining rooms or in the resident's suite.
Menus are planned by food and nutrition managers, chefs and a dietitian. Food textures are matched to chewing and swallowing abilities, mealtime assistance is provided, and special event and holiday menus are served.
Guests are welcome to join for any meal.
Activities & connection
Daily activities for the mind, body and soul are offered, supported by recreational therapists on the care team.

Common areas include spacious dining rooms, cozy lounges and landscaped outdoor spaces, and the community has a hair salon.
