Memory care studios are 297 square feet and include a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink and microwave, zero-entry showers, Wi-Fi and a wireless emergency call system.
Rent is month-to-month. Rent includes water, electric, cable and Wi-Fi, and landline phone in select units. The community is pet friendly.
Everyday life
Weekly housekeeping, personal laundry and maintenance services are provided, along with full-time concierge and move-in coordination. Scheduled transportation covers medical appointments within a 10 mile radius.
Dining & meals
Chef-prepared meals are served three times a day in restaurant-style dining rooms, with in-suite dining also offered. Chefs are trained in special diets, food allergies and religious preferences.
Memory care dining includes finger foods, purees and soft foods, and a consistent meal schedule, with the dining setting chosen together with families.
Activities & connection
A weekly activities calendar includes courtyard games, cooking classes, crafts, discussion groups, fitness classes, continued education and outings. Residents can suggest classes or start new clubs.
