Services include 24-hour nursing care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation care, long-term care, wound care, IV therapy, hospice care, restorative care and Medicare and insurance case management.

Long-term care is for residents who may benefit from 24-hour nursing availability and help with meals, medication management and other daily activities.

Rehabilitation includes physical, occupational and speech therapy. A therapy team works under an independent physiatrist, and therapy is offered up to three hours a day and up to six days a week depending on the resident's need and physician orders.

Short-term care is delivered by skilled clinicians in a motivational therapy gym, with rehabilitation tailored to the individual and designed to resemble a home environment.

Licensed wound care nurses work seven days a week for residents with complex wounds, including post-operative, diabetic and decubitus wounds.

Skilled nursing services include pulmonary rehabilitation, infusion therapy, IV, PICC line and gastric tube care, lab and pharmacy services, and podiatry, dentist and optometry services.

Independent physicians work with nurse practitioners, and the facility has partnered with local hospital systems for continuity of care.

Rooms have individual thermostats, flat-screen cable televisions and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Planned admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Recommended visiting hours are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Restaurant-style dining is offered in a setting meant to foster a sense of community.

Activities include live music, arts and crafts, exercise programs, cooking and baking, pet therapy, movies, gardening, games and puzzles, community day trips, and religious and spiritual events.

Volunteer opportunities, cultural and holiday celebrations, and guest speakers and educational offerings are also part of the program.

Common areas include libraries, social halls and outdoor picnic areas, and the facility has landscaped grounds.
