Assisted living provides help with bathing, grooming, dressing, taking medication and moving through the home, under a personalized service plan, with a mobile emergency response system.
Memory care follows the Varietas Memory Care Program, which uses psychosocial interventions such as cognitive stimulation, reminiscence therapy, aromatherapy and music therapy.
A Wellness Director creates a personal service plan for each resident when they join the community, and the team reassesses residents routinely for emerging needs.

Independent living floor plans include a one-bedroom of 1,134 square feet and two-bedroom homes with a garage, one of them with a sunroom.
Assisted living offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom plans of about 425, 535 and 710 square feet, and memory care offers a studio of about 225 square feet; dimensions are approximate and no furnishings are provided.
Everyday life
Assisted living includes three restaurant-style meals per day, all utilities, weekly housekeeping and weekly laundry service for bed linens and towels.
Scheduled transportation is provided to medical appointments, group outings and events.

Meals are served in main dining rooms from a menu planned and prepared by an Executive Chef, with breakfast served all day and an all-day cafe menu between scheduled meal times.

An on-site Activities Director coordinates a variety of activities and monthly outings based on eight dimensions of wellness.
