Care & support

Memory care is provided through the Varietas Memory Care Program, which uses cognitive stimulation, cognitive training, reminiscence therapy, aromatherapy and music therapy.

A Wellness Director meets with new residents and their families to assess healthcare needs and create a personalized service plan, and residents are reassessed routinely.

Support includes bathing, dressing assistance, grooming, mobility and transferring help, dining assistance and medication support, with medications reviewed routinely by a licensed pharmacist.

A medical director is on site to oversee medical care, and in-house rehabilitative therapists are available, with some services subject to additional fees.

Each apartment has an emergency call system, and residents are provided with pendants.

Rooms & living spaces

Independent living villas come in one-bedroom (850 sq. ft.) and two-bedroom (1,250 sq. ft.) layouts, each offered as an interior or outside unit.

Assisted living floor plans include a 394 sq. ft. studio, a 508 sq. ft. one-bedroom and a 718 sq. ft. two-bedroom.

Memory care is offered in a 363 sq. ft. studio.

All utilities, including cable TV and WiFi, are included, along with weekly housekeeping, laundry and linen services and individual climate controls.

Dining & meals

Menus are planned and prepared by an Executive Chef, with restaurant-style and casual dining, daily specials and breakfast served all day.

An all-day cafe menu is offered between scheduled meals, from 11 AM to 6 PM.

Residents can share feedback, menu suggestions and recipes with the chef at monthly Food Service Review sessions, and special dietary needs are accommodated with dietary consultants.

A private dining room is available for special occasions.

Activities include scheduled trips and outings, games, cards and cultural arts, musical entertainment, educational presenters, local church services and a daily happy hour.

Community spaces include a library and activity studio, clubroom, fitness center with classes, chapel, movie theater and salon.
