Assisted living offers 24-hour support based on each resident's needs, and an Assisted Living Plus program provides an extra layer of support.
The entire sixth floor is dedicated to memory care for residents with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia or memory loss.
Skilled nursing has 49 beds and 24-hour nursing care. Short-term rehabilitation includes physical and occupational therapy after surgery, injury or stroke, and a rehabilitation gym.
Respite care is offered for stays of up to 30 days, including for family caregivers who need temporary relief. Hospice services and medication management are also listed.

Six floorplan options include one-bedroom apartments, private studios and companion suites, with views of Manoa Valley or Waikiki.
