Long-term care includes nursing care around the clock, restorative nursing and slow-healing wound care.

Long-term care also lists dental and podiatry services and inpatient rehabilitative care, including supplemental feeding through a PEG tube.

Respiratory services include ventilator management, 24/7 respiratory therapists, CPAP and BiPAP, nebulizer treatments, tracheostomy care and oxygen therapy.

Staff specially trained in ventilator care work with pulmonary specialists on an individual care plan. TLC also provides a licensed respiratory care professional and speech, physical and occupational therapists.

Memory care uses specially trained staff and a person-centered approach focused on each resident’s quality of life. Listed supports include personal care, medication arrangement, housekeeping and laundry, and incontinence care.

A physician is on site seven days a week. Short-term rehabilitation lists physical, occupational and speech therapy, along with post-surgical, orthopedic, cardiac, pulmonary, neurological and stroke, diabetes, respiratory and wound care, IV therapy and pain management.

Long-term care offers spacious private suites with modern interiors.

Staff tailor support to residents’ individual needs, build strong relationships and make room for familiar routines as well as new opportunities.

Long-term residents receive three chef-prepared meals daily, with snacks available around the clock. Memory care also provides meals for residents.

Memory care includes memory-enriching activities; short-term rehabilitation offers social activities and outings.

Peak Rehab amenities include concierge services, a library, and walking paths, gardens and courtyards.

Ventilator-dependent residents can also use on-site beauty salon and barber services.

TLC serves families across the Las Vegas Valley, including Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Paradise and Enterprise.
