Apartments come with a kitchenette, large closets, a walk-in bathtub, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and an emergency alert system. Patio or balcony floor plans and wheelchair accessible units are available.

Residents are served three chef-prepared meals a day in the dining room with table service, and lunch and supper include made-to-order entrées.
