Care & support
Enhanced living suites are for residents who need regular day-to-day assistance, with personal support workers and nurses available 24 hours a day.
Base-level care in enhanced living includes medication administration, morning and evening care, and help with bathing. Suites have an emergency nurse-call pendant or wristband.
On-site registered nursing staff are available, and personal in-suite care and medication management can be added for an additional fee.
Rooms & living spaces
Independent living suites come as studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, each with a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, in-suite heating and air conditioning, and a private balcony, French balcony or walk-out terrace.
Suites have safety-equipped bathrooms with walk-in showers and grab bars, operable windows, cable and internet services, and electronic door fobs.
Rental rates for assisted living suites include three meals daily, snacks and beverages, and housekeeping, maintenance and laundry service.
Dining & meals
Residents have a continental breakfast and two meals daily, plus an all-day bistro serving coffee, tea and desserts.
There are two dining areas on site: a dining room with a full a la carte menu and daily specials, and the Lobby Bar, a neighbourhood pub with comfort food and draft beer.
Theme nights and buffets are held through the year, with weekly barbecues on the outdoor terrace in summer. Friends and family are welcome to dine.

Programs are built around the 7 Dimensions of Wellness, with a full calendar of events and outings through the year.
Activities include movies, live performances, guest lectures, cooking and baking classes, horticulture classes, cards, puzzles, crafts, and billiards and shuffleboard in the games room.
Group fitness classes include stretching, aerobics, aquafit, Zumba and Tai Chi, with personal training also offered. Scheduled outings and weekly shopping trips use the community's own van.
Shared spaces & amenities
Building amenities include an indoor heated saltwater pool with whirlpool jets, an on-site fitness gym, a theatre room, a billiard room, a library and internet lounge, and landscaped gardens.
Services include weekly housekeeping and laundry for towels and bed linens, and a full-service hair salon and barber shop. A self-service car wash bay and free visitor parking are also on site.
Safety features include perimeter door alarms, closed-circuit cameras, an emergency call system throughout the building, and a fire alarm and sprinkler system.
