Care & support
Registered nurses, LPNs and health care aides provide care 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Personal services include assistance with bathing, toileting, exercise, personal hygiene, grooming and dressing when needed.
Designated Type B units serve residents with dementia and Alzheimer disease, and the dementia units have a fenced wandering area.
Type C care for residents near end of life is offered in partnership with Alberta Health Services.
Rooms & living spaces
Independent living suites are one- and two-bedroom and include a full kitchen, in-suite laundry, air conditioning and a walk-in shower, with gas, water and basic cable included.
Type A and B suites are studios and one-bedrooms with an in-suite emergency alert system, a walk-in shower and optional furniture, and ceiling lifts in some suites.
Small pets under 20 lbs. are welcome with the manager’s approval.
Everyday life
All residents have weekly housekeeping and laundry service.
Dining & meals
A full-service kitchen provides restaurant-style service in a large dining room with a fireplace, and late dinner plates can be prepared.
A private dining room is available for meals with family and friends, and an on-site dietitian is available for residents with special dietary needs.
Activities & connection
Activities include movie nights, group exercise classes, day trips, live music, shopping excursions, pub nights, pet therapy and bingo.
Activities are scheduled with input from residents, staff, activity aides and a recreation therapist, with holiday and monthly birthday celebrations.

On-site amenities include a library, puzzle and crafts room, an exercise room, a garden courtyard with barbecue, a pharmacy, a hair salon, a chapel and guest suites.
Grounds include garden areas, walking paths, raised gardens and bird feeders.

The building is wheelchair and walker accessible, with large washrooms, roll-in and walk-in showers, track lifts and extra-wide corridors.
Each resident is provided with a Lifeline emergency response pendant, and the building has a monitored alarm system and video monitoring.
