Care & support
Assisted living, called Catered Living, starts with a customized care plan covering personal care, dressing, mobility, medication management and support for chronic conditions.
Team members are available around the clock with an emergency response system, along with medication monitoring and help with personal care, bathing and dressing.
On-site access to clinical specialists and primary care services is available.
The assisted living program is licensed through the State of Michigan Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Department.
Memory care is offered in studio apartments called The Harmony and The Cedar.
Rooms & living spaces
Independent living apartments include two-bedroom, two-bath plans such as The Evergreen, The Wisteria, The Hawthorn and The Juniper, and two-level town homes are also available.
Assisted living plans include a 294-square-foot studio, a 450-square-foot one-bedroom and a 588-square-foot one-bedroom with two baths.
Assisted living apartments are unfurnished, so residents bring their own items from home and design their space.
Weekly housekeeping and linen services are provided, along with all home maintenance, landscaping and snow removal.
Cats and dogs are welcome in assisted living apartments when a resident can safely care for them, subject to a pet policy.
