The rehabilitation program has a 30-plus-year history of specialty Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accreditation in general medical rehabilitation and in stroke and brain injury.
Physical, occupational and speech therapists provide personalized therapy plans. A physical medicine and rehabilitation provider is available for onsite consultation when needed.
The care team includes multiple medical providers, a dedicated wound nurse, an infection prevention nurse and an onsite respiratory therapist for complex medical needs.
