Assisted living is provided in a personalized residential environment, with extra help for activities of daily living. It is available to both residents and nonresidents of the community.
Memory support is offered through the Immerse program, which HumanGood developed for its memory support neighborhoods.
Skilled nursing covers short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a person-centered nursing environment.
Short-stay rehabilitation supports people recovering from a hospital stay for illness, injury or surgery, with physical, occupational and speech therapy plans and assistance from professionals around the clock. A pool is available if water therapy is part of a treatment plan.
Rooms & living spaces
Independent living is offered in one-bedroom apartments, one-bedroom apartments with a den, two-bedroom apartments and single-level cottage homes arranged as duplexes or fourplexes. Many homes have patios or balconies.
Short-stay rehabilitation guests stay in private and semi-private suites.
Pets are welcome in independent living, with some breed and weight restrictions.
Dining & meals
Three dining venues, including a fine dining restaurant and a casual bistro, serve chef-prepared meals made from scratch with fresh ingredients. A flexible dining program lets residents use dining points in any venue and at the on-campus Peet's Coffee and grocery store.
Activities & connection
Fitness programs include aquatic exercise, balance classes, tai chi, yoga and personal training sessions.
Residents can join book clubs, card groups, a resident-run choral group and Fun Band, volunteer opportunities and resident committees. Excursions go to the Fresno Philharmonic, Roger Rocka's Dinner Theater and Town Hall speaker events.
Shared spaces & amenities
Campus amenities include a fitness center, wellness center, year-round heated outdoor pool, community garden, performance theater, resident-run library, full-service salon and spa, dog park, creative arts center, business center, billiards room, wood shop and a resident gift boutique.
Independent living services include housekeeping, home maintenance and repairs, high-speed internet, cable TV and utilities, off-campus transportation to shopping and medical appointments, and round-the-clock security and emergency response.
